My problem currently is lack of outside storage space for the kind of equipment my wife will not let me store indoors. You know the kind of thing I mean. Electric drills, lawnmower, folding workbench, hammers, saws and various other woodworking equipment. Us fellas like to keep those boxes of screws and hinges. You never know when they are going to be needed. Right?

The problem I have as well is I am not very good at deciding when to throw things away and which I am sure I will probably never need again. The trouble with accumulating stuff in this way is, eventually you will run out of storage space. Then you will either need a bigger shed, or have to de-clutter the one you already have.

Well, the shed I own was showing signs of decay and parts of it were in various stages of rot. So I am due for a new shed anyway. After looking at off the shelf sheds, and comparing prices, I decided to build my own. Why use plans anyway?
